Stres je stanje u kojem osoba procjenjuje da su zahtjevi situacije koja joj je va\u017ena preveliki i da se te\u0161ko mo\u017ee nositi s njima. Do stresa mogu dovesti razli\u010dite situacije koje od pojedinca zahtijevaju odre\u0111enu prilagodbu. Perfekcionisti (osobe koje te\u017ee nepogre\u0161ivosti) \u010de\u0161\u0107e do\u017eivljavaju situacije stresnima i ranjivije su na njih. Stres je povezan s tjelesnim promjenama kao \u0161to su pove\u0107anje tlaka i pulsa, ubrzano disanje te poja\u010dano znojenje. Osobe pod stresom sklone su preskakati obroke i jesti hranu bogatu jednostavnim ugljikohidratima i \u0161e\u0107erima, a siroma\u0161nu proteinima, vlaknima i esencijalnim hranivim tvarima. Osim toga, \u010desto konzumiraju kavu i druge napitke s kofeinom koji mogu dodatno poja\u010dati stres i tjeskobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kratkoro\u010dan stres relativno je \u010dest i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristan jer pove\u0107ava energiju i fokus. Me\u0111utim, dugoro\u010dan stres nije zdrav jer ne dozvoljava tijelu da se odmori i vrati u stanje ravnote\u017ee. Takav stres pove\u0107ava vjerojatnost razvoja psihofiziolo\u0161kih poreme\u0107aja, tjelesnih bolesti povezanih sa psihi\u010dkim \u010dimbenicima. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se radi o bolestima krvnih \u017eila, ali i o bolestima srca, probavnog sustava, sustava \u017elijezdi s unutarnjim izlu\u010divanjem, kao i o poreme\u0107ajima imunosnog sustava (pogotovo u slu\u010daju lo\u0161e prehrane i upotrebe cigareta, alkohola i droga). \u010cest ili dugotrajan stres mo\u017ee dovesti i do psihi\u010dkih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako mo\u017eemo smanjiti stres?
