{"id":880,"date":"2014-11-24T22:05:35","date_gmt":"2014-11-24T21:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mioc.hr\/wp\/?page_id=880"},"modified":"2023-07-17T10:13:33","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T08:13:33","slug":"terms-of-enrollment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mioc.hr\/wp\/?page_id=880","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Enrollment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>IB DIPLOMA PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DP lasts two years;<\/li>\n<li>Language of instruction is English;<\/li>\n<li>Tuition fee for the school year 2023\/2024 is 7.600,00 EUR for foreign students and 3.800,00 EUR for Croatian and EU citizens ;<\/li>\n<li>there is a possibility of 30% discount on tuition fee for students who have achieved excellent results in previous schooling (grades 6 and 7);<\/li>\n<li>If mother tongue \/ native language is provided for foreign students, they are obliged to pay half of tuition for the individual native language instruction;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>excellent knowledge of English language<\/li>\n<li>versatility of candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAMME, THE STUDENT HAS TO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submit a written request<\/li>\n<li>fill in an application form<\/li>\n<li>provide a copy of the proof of student&#8217;s citizenship (and parent&#8217;s if different)<\/li>\n<li>provide school report card for grade 9 of high school (maximum 17 points will be awarded for the grade in English, Math and GPA, and effort and\/or exemplary behaviour)<\/li>\n<li>provide school report card for grade 10 of high school (maximum 17 points will be awarded for the grade in English, Math and GPA, and effort and\/or exemplary behaviour)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prospective students\u2019 selection is based on their results and behavior in the first two years of high school, and estimated skills and abilities relevant to the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Prospective students have to take entrance exams in English, and Math, write an essay in literature, and an interview is conducted as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES ARE EVALUATED AND ESTIMATED ON<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essay in literature (maximum 5 points )<\/li>\n<li>Entrance exam in Math (maximum 10 points )<\/li>\n<li>Entrance exam in English (maximum 10 points )<\/li>\n<li>Interview with a prospective candidate ( maximum 5 points )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mioc.hr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Application-form-IBDP-2021-2022.doc\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_doc\">Application form &#8211;
